Registration fees have been set at the following rates, and include evening receptions on Sept 10th and 12th, as well as lunch on Sept 11th and 12th. You can purchase a year’s membership of the Veterinary History Society alongside your congress booking: this qualifies delegates for reduced fees, and for twice-yearly copies of the society journal, Veterinary History.

At 2pm on Friday 12th Sept, our key note speaker, Dr Hilda Kean, will lead an ‘Animal Pasts in Hyde Park’ walk. This is a gentle walk lasting approx 2.5 hours which explores some of the many ways in which animals have lived, died and been remembered in the park. The start and finish points are a short taxi ride away from the conference venue. Update 23/06/14: this event is now fully booked!

Delegates intending to book rooms in Imperial College student accommodation (which is highly recommended) are advised to register for the conference first, as the email confirming your registration will include a discount code for use when booking your room. Student Bursaries

12 bursaries have now been awarded to students who have registered for the full WAHVM congress – the scheme is now closed.

We look forward to seeing them in September, and to their forthcoming reports about the congress!
